Service Writer - FULL TIME

We're looking for a highly motivated, enthusiastic team player to join our Armstrong, BC dealership as a Service/Warranty Writer.
The Service Writer / Warranty Advisor is responsible for delivering outstanding service and parts knowledge. The ideal candidate responds to phone calls, email, and in person inquiries from external and internal customers, takes orders, writes service orders as well as proactively assists customers both in retail parts and our service department. He / she is also expected to arrange any special delivery needs for the customer for their purchase.
REQUIREMENTS
- Work Authorization (Required)
- A minimum of 1 year experience in the related field
- Be comfortable working in fast-paced, dynamic and evolving environments
- Team Player
- Excellent Customer Service and communication skills
- Must be able to operate forklift in order to move parts in/out of warehouse
- Strong conflict resolution
