When the need of tractor parts for Mahindra, Case, McCormick, I use the Armstrong location. My shop is located in Kelowna, so even though it's a little ways away, the staff make up for it. Pleasant and prompt service from the front counter and Eryn in parts is exemplary at her task. Knowledgeable and respectful, she goes out of her way to accommodate you. Even though quite busy, she still takes time for you and even displays a great sense of humor to my somewhat bizzare behavior!! Always a pleasure to deal with,never an issue.
